In a world that moves too fast and asks too much, our systems carry layers of stress that eventually show up as symptoms and disconnection.

At Katalyst, our mission is to guide others back to the truth of who they are; whole, authentic, and radiant. Today, my work weaves together subconscious release, nutrition and lifestyle support, nervous system regulation, emotional healing, and intuitive guidance. Rather than chasing symptoms, we focus on creating the conditions your body needs to feel safe enough to heal — gently, sustainably, and in its own time.

I approach wellness as an interconnected system where each element influences the others. When one area is overwhelmed, the rest compensate — and symptoms rarely belong to just one place.

What is Muscle Testing?

Muscle testing is a form of applied kinesiology that uses the body’s natural nervous system responses as feedback. When the body experiences stress — emotional, physical, nutritional, or energetic — it registers in the nervous system and can subtly affect muscle response.

By listening to these signals, we can identify areas of imbalance and support the body in releasing stored stress and restoring balance.
